Explore and Discover
We offer many opportunities to broaden your understanding of the natural world from monthly natural history talks to outings.  Knowledgeable volunteers who enjoy sharing their passion for nature lead our Young Naturalist program and support in-class activities.  MVFN also produces guides to good birding and paddling locations in the region for those who explore on their own schedule.

A guide to species found in the region.
Publications & Research
