Harris Hawk seen in Beckwith 

Nature Notebook sighting May 4, 2015, Beckwith.

We received the following very surprising sighting today through the MVFN Nature Notebook email:

“I thought at first, it was a Rough-legged hawk;  I was ten feet from the hawk and it is an immature Harris Hawk.” Sighting sent in by Keith Salisbury on May 5, 2015.
