 Boreal Bird

What do these birds have in common?

Olive-sided Flycatcher, Pine Grosbeak, Bay-breasted Warbler, Boreal Chickadee, Canada Warbler, American Black Duck

Their Canadian populations have declined by more than 70% in the past 40 years,
AND more than half of their populations breed in the Boreal Forest.

oil and gas, timber, hydro, and mining development are destroying the Boreal.

Unless Canada acts now, its 1.3 billion acre Boreal Forest, vital habitat for billions of birds, will
continue to be destroyed by unchecked industrial development.

Tell Canada to make the right choice. Visit  to learn more and sign the petition today to protect the Boreal.
