Get your canoes, kayaks and paddles ready for MVFN’s second August paddle!

Car Pooling:  East Lanark, meet at Union Hall for departure at 9 A.M. West Lanark, meet at Hopetown for departure at  9:15 A.M.

Bring: lunch, insect repellent, binoculars, sun screen etc. Ensure you are equipped with proper floatation gear, bailing bucket, whistle, heaving line etc.

Pre-registration: You must register for this event. MVFN membership must be up-to-date. You may bring a friend or two, subject to approval of trip leader.

Our natural history talks are at 7:30 pm on the third Thursday in January, February, March, April,  September, October and November at Almonte United Church, 106 Elgin St. in Almonte, Ontario. All are welcome to attend! Non-members $5.
